About the Role:

Join Latuli, Memorial's newest Coastal restaurant, as a Bartender and become a key player on our vibrant Houston, TX team! We’re looking for passionate individuals who love crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional service in a lively atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor customer behavior and provide responsible service.
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Requirements:

Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Must possess a valid bartending license or certification.
Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
